Represents the tool for creating line annotations with an arrow head.

new ArrowCreateTool(docViewer)

Creates a new instance of the ArrowCreateTool.

Example of valid properties: StrokeColor, TextColor, FillColor, FontSize, Opacity, StrokeThickness, Precision, Scale, OverlayText, Style and Dashes.
